As a personal development nerd, Sara is always diving into her depths and strives to fall in love with who she is becoming. Through her social media presence, personal blog, and 1:1 coaching, she guides others to courageously seek lives they desire.

Sara calls Calgary, Alberta her home, which she also honours and recognizes as Mohkinstsis (MOH-kin-stiss), the Blackfoot name for Calgary, meaning “elbow” in reference to the Elbow River. As a white settler living on the traditional lands of Treaty 7 territory, she acknowledges those who inhabited this land before her.

As an experience enthusiast, Sara is always looking for new things to try and loves to travel the world. She has visited over 30 destinations including Vietnam, Nepal, and Ecuador. She lives with her furry feline Bodhi and I bet she can impress you with her tolerance for red wine.
