My Journey
I did everything I was supposed to do to craft the life society told me I wanted. Turns out it wasn’t what I wanted at all. I forgot to ask myself what I wanted and instead did what everyone else thought I should do. This led me on a journey of growth that brought me to my knees more than once as I navigated the darkness of not knowing what to do next. Navigating intense anxiety, and feelings of complete emptiness I found the courage to choose me in my hardest moments.

I didn't navigate this journey alone but sought encouragement to help me believe my dreams were possible and asked for help when I felt lost.

Now I am dedicated to helping others navigate this crazy thing called life. I will help you reconnect with your true self and find the courage to choose yourself when it really matters.
